Each fall, we recruit a select class of sophomores who are eager to break into investment banking. Our process is designed to identify students with a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in finance. Recruitment kicks off early in the semester with an information session, followed by applications, coffee chats, and a Superday-style interview.
